I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Night Bright, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

II. USER ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use certain features of Night Bright. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. Night Bright reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

III. CAUSES AND DONATIONS

Missionary and Cause creators must provide truthful and accurate information about their fundraising efforts. Donors are responsible for researching causes before donating. Night Bright does not verify or endorse any specific causes and is not responsible for ensuring that funds are used for their stated purpose. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of fraud or misuse of the platform.

IV. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Night Bright does not charge fees to missionaries or donors. However, third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) may charge transaction fees, which are beyond the control of Night Bright. These fees may vary depending on the payment method and location. By using Night Bright, you acknowledge that payment processing fees will be deducted from the total donation amount.

V. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the Night Bright platform:
 

• Posting misleading or fraudulent causes and information.

• Using the platform for illegal activities.

• Harassing or abusing other users.

• Violating intellectual property rights or any other applicable laws.

• Attempting to interfere with the platform’s functionality (e.g., hacking, malware).
   

Night Bright reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content provided on Night Bright, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Night Bright or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying the content without explicit written permission. However, campaign creators retain ownership of any content they upload to the platform (e.g., descriptions, images) and grant Night Bright a non-exclusive license to use it for platform-related purposes.

VII. LIMITATION AND LIABILITY

Night Bright is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including any misuse of donated funds by campaign creators. While we strive to provide a secure and functional platform, we do not guarantee that the site will be free from errors or interruptions. Users agree to use Night Bright at their own risk.

VIII. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates.

IX. TERMINATION OF USE

Night Bright reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms and Conditions or if your actions harm the reputation of Night Bright. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform, and any ongoing campaigns may be closed.

X. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any disputes arising from your use of Night Bright, you agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably by contacting our support team. If the issue cannot be resolved through informal discussions, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

XI. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California. Any legal action or proceedings related to these Terms will be brought in the courts located in California and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
