Bethany is grateful to serve as Associate Director of People & Culture for Joshua Project. Joshua Project is a research initiative seeking to identify the ethnic people groups of the world with the fewest followers of Jesus. Joshua Project's data, research, & resources are utilized by almost all global missions/ministry organizations. Joshua Project seeks to coordinate the work of missionary organizations to track people groups of the world with the fewest followers of Jesus. To do so, it maintains ethnologic data to support Christian missions & also tracks evangelism efforts among people groups worldwide. Bethany Wallace has served the Lord as a stateside missionary since 2023. After raising initial support, she served with SIL Global, an international language development/Bible translation organization with projects in 107 countries. She initially served with a team in a sensitive location & later as Global Director of Strategic Workforce Planning. She also briefly served as a temporary Strategic Advisor for the President of Generous Living Global.
